A death by suicide creates a ripple effect, that can leave family and friends grieving and struggling to understand. There may be feelings of shock, anger, guilt and symptoms of stress, depression or anxiety that impact the mourning process.

"Suicide Grief: Companioning the Mourner" is a 6-week class for adults based on the work of Dr. Alan Wolflet and his book “Understanding Your Suicide Grief”. The class will be held six consecutive Tuesdays, November 7 through December 12, 5:30-7 pm in Findlay. Each class will last 90 minutes with trained facilitators guiding the group discussion. Space is limited and registration is required.
