Time Capsule - Summer Adventure Series

It’s the sixth and final week of our six-week Summer Adventure Series! These are fun adventures to do with your family with items you most likely already have in your home.

To get your last stamp on your summer adventure series passport…. create a time capsule!

Supplies needed: Container, important items

Instructions: Locate a durable container that can be safely stored somewhere or even buried in the yard for a later date.  Decorate it especially as a time capsule.  Explain to your child what a time capsule is and have them find or make items that would be good to place inside.  Place the capsule in a secure location until the later date you have chosen.
