The third annual System of Care Leadership Academy, led by Sara Best, will be kicking off in the Spring of 2022! Through a four-month interactive, hybrid and spaced, learning approach we will be developing leadership skills among 20 select emerging leaders in Hancock County. The cohort will include an all-day kick off session in person, two (2) individual 60 minute coaching sessions with Sara Best, four (4) half-day in-person sessions, four (4) virtual sessions, and concluding with an in-person half-day celebration! Each participant will also be able complete the Predictive Index (PI) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) assessments. These assessments will help you understand more about your own natural drives and adaptation skills.
Participants will work through content following these guiding principles:
People can lead from any “pattern”
Leadership is about influence
Formula for understanding: You + Others + Work = Action
Leadership development considers the Whole Person: Head, Heart, & Briefcase
Increased collaboration across the system of care in Hancock County
